- The film introduces us to The Housewife, The Femme Fatale, The Runaway, The Girl by the Lake, and The Ghost, characters inspired by Lake Kleptuza, one of the most mysterious and beautiful attractions of Bulgaria’s nature.

“Kleptuza Lake to me epitomizes the whole small town feel – the phenomenon of how you can just walk down the street but everyone already knows where you’ve been, what you’ve done, who you’ve seen. I wanted to create a film that provokes us to consider if we are too quick to judge the people around us, what are the first thoughts that come to us about them and why?”
